Ivy & Fig partners with global suppliers in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.
We provide tracking number that is provided by our global suppliers & we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We ship our products directly from suppliers in different countries,
therefore your order can take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
How much is shipping?
  • We offer free shipping worldwide and most orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We are working on providing faster shipping methods in the near future.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 2-4 weeks. In some cases we can send products faster. For specific requests please email us support@ivyandfig.com

Can I have a tracking number?

  • Yes. We will provide you with the tracking number passed onto us by our global suppliers. If you have any questions about the status of your order please check the tracking number first. If you still have questions feel free to email us at support@ivyandfig.com.
I ordered multiple items but only receive one. Where is the rest of my order?
  • Due to our large assortment of products and relationships with global suppliers, some items may be shipped separately. This ensures that we are able to send you your items as soon as they are available. It is normal to receive multi-item orders in separate deliveries.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
  • Sometimes this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. You may also opt to have order updates sent to you via Facebook Messenger. For specific questions please email us at support@ivyandfig.com 

What is your refund policy?
  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days after you receive your items. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please email us at support@ivyandfig.com. Refunds are issued as store credit. However, in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 5 weeks, we will resend or refund your original payment method.
