What types of payments do you accept?

We are able to accept most major credit cards directly through our site and through PayPal.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

All of our emails contain an unsubscribe option in the footer of the email.

How do I check the status of my order?

What is your return policy?

We don't want you to stress about returns so we try to make it as easy as possible. We accept returns on all orders within 60 days of the order being placed. That means if you change your mind about the product, or something wasn't as you expected, you can send it back to us and we'll pay the return shipping. That's how much we want you to be happy with our products.

For returns outside of 60 days, while we don't guarantee free returns or even that we'll process a refund on every order, feel free to let us know if something is wrong. We handle these issues on a case by case basis because we ultimately want you to be happy with your purchase.

How are your products created?

Our products are all made using a combination of machine work and handmade materials. This means that some parts of your bag are pressed, cut, and molded by machines, while other parts are sewn or assembled by hand.

We're constantly on the lookout for new products and better materials to continue to improve out bags. We also are committed to holding our factories accountable to the highest standards of quality, product care, and work environments.

What does it mean to be certified PETA-Approved Vegan?

None of our products are made using any materials that come from animals. This means no wool, bone, feathers, skins, fur, leather, mohair, or silk.

We believe that great fashion doesn't require animals to die or suffer in any way.

We are registered with PETA as a company that is only using vegan leather and other vegan materials in our products and we're proud of that certification.

What is the best way to contact you?

You can contact us via or by using our Contact Us page. We typically reply within 1 hour during normal business hours being 9am EST - 5pm EST Mon - Friday.

What is cruelty-free leather?

Cruelty-free leather is a man-made synthetic leather that looks and feels like real leather but does not harm animals in the production.


How much is shipping?

It isn't. Sorry, by that I mean it's FREE. Any shipment inside of the contiguous United States, meaning the US except for Alaska and Hawaii, we'll ship your order for free.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, shipping costs will be calculated on a per-order basis. International shipping, including shipments to Canada, may also incur additional customs fees along the way.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our free shipping includes 3-Day shipping to anywhere in the United States. All orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same day during the business week.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. This means that you should allow between 3 and 5 days for your order to be delivered.

Does Ivy & Fig supply a tracking number?

Absolutely! You should expect to get your tracking number emailed to you automatically after your order ships.

Not all shipping services activate their tracking numbers right away, so allow about 1 business day from when you place your order for you to get that tracking number. It should come much faster than that, but sometimes there is a delay.

A delay in receiving your tracking number doesn't mean that your order didn't get shipped on time and doesn't mean that it wont deliver in the shipping window.
